Does anyone know of any cellulite cream that MOST DEFINITELY works?

I've been wanting to buy some creams for my legs but I am indecisive. On the Tyra Banks Show someone suggested the Nivea Body Good-Bye Cellulite Gel-Cream but I would rather gets suggestions from people who have tried it or different things that work.Does anyone know of any cellulite cream that MOST DEFINITELY works?
Of course it depends on your body, but, FOR ME, it has worked SOOOOOO WELL!!!! :)

Whatever you do... DO NOT try Cellulean... it has given some people results that say they've gained some lbs. (eeek!)

good luck!!!!Does anyone know of any cellulite cream that MOST DEFINITELY works?
There is no cream that you can say 'definitely works'

A good place to find all the latest creams and comments by users to give you the best insite is

For real solutions to the problem try the following:

They work very quickly.

1. This works every time better than anything.

Go on holiday to a hot country with slightly rough surf sea and swimming in it e.g Gran Canaria. ( I am from the UK but there are plenty of places in the US that are similar). Walking over sand dunes are also good for toning the muscles all over.

Just standing around in the sea resisting the waves pounds at the cellulite and breaks it down. Exposure to hot sun by the sea for long periods melts it away and changes the texture of your body to smooth and rounded. Eating local fish and spending the rest of the day visiting the sights on foot helps you lose weight and burn the fat off where you need it.

I used to go every year and I would lose 10lb in two weeks doing nothing but enjoying myself and eating good food. Any fat remaining looks good - rounded instead of lumpy and hanging down. I have the type of cellulite nothing will remove completely except for this and it always works dramatically.

You are excercising all the time and when you are resting, you are getting a tan, improving circulation and melting the fat under your skin.

You will notice that people with a tan by the sea including fat people look good with smooth bodies.

Exposure to the sun and waves hitting your bum and thighs for a long period does get rid of it.

I also wear super tight but comfortable stretchy jeans.

This keeps the cellulite down.

I have a bit but it's invisible and nothing like it used to be.

2. Another thing that works is Callanetics.

You can still get videos of it at amazon.com.

This completely reshapes and retones your body,

In my case bum and thighs.

The excercises are focused and consist of getting into a muscle clenching position and making tiny pulsating movements followed by stretches. The positions are difficult to hold but work.

People who have 'low bum' that hangs below their hips can actually move the bum upwards and inwards like holding it up with your hands or wearing tight jeans except your newly toned/trained muscles are doing all the work properly so your bum looks rounded and smooth.

This causes cellulite to disappear - I don't know why this happens but it does reduce or at least become invisible.

You lose alot of inches of flab without losing alot of weight.

No other form of everyday excercise works like this.

There is no impact and you hardly move.

It's easy to do at home and only takes 20 minutes for each area you want to fix.

After 10 sessions you find your body has changed shape and the cellulite reduced. You don't need to go to a gym several times and do high impact excercise. This is something realistic that anyone can do. It's the quality and type of excercise that makes the difference. Running around and weight lifting does not get rid of cellulite at least not much of it.

You could lose alot of weight and it would still be there.

I used to do it in the 80s then forgot about it.

I have found people still doing it particularly in the US and you can find lots of articles and excercise videos or even join a class.

www.callanetics.org is the official site.
Hi, creams alone will never work.

You have to:

- avoid fast food and sodas

- massage your problem areas

- scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)

- use a contrast shower

- go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

As for cellulite creams, I love Clarins and Gatineau products - seeexact names at the same website.

I tried the Nivea Goodbye Cream but found it didn't do anything for me.

I found the best thing to do was:

Dry body brushing

Drink plenty of water

Leg exercises such as leg raises and squats

Cellulite massage

ive been dying to know of something that works too.
