Is there mercury in some ice cream scoops?

I have a metal ice cream scoop and I can hear something swishing around inside of it. Someone told me that it was mercury to help warm the handle and scoop the ice cream, is this true?Is there mercury in some ice cream scoops?

Edit: Diamond girl, can't be the same one. That ad is for SOLID Aluminum. No sloshing. I have one of those. Is there mercury in some ice cream scoops?
