I am looking for a recipe for some ';good'; homemade, no-cook ice cream. Can anyone help?

EASY MINT CHIP ICE CREAM:


1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk


2 tablespoons water


1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract


3 to 4 drops green food coloring


2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped


1 cup (6 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips


In a large bowl, combine milk, water, extract and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into a foil-lined 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Lift out of the pan and remove foil; slice. Yield: 8 servings.





Cantaloupe Sherbet


1 medium ripe cantaloupe


1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk


2 tablespoons honey


Cut cantaloupe in half; discard seeds. Peel and slice cantaloupe; cut into large pieces. Place in a blender container. Add milk and honey; cover and blend until smooth. ice cream is'nt cooked
there is a way that you can mix milk and sugar in a bag and place that ziplock bag in a bigger one filled with rock salt for outside and a little bit of water i believe ... it creates a cooling effect .. i did it in middle school but i dont remember the recipe :)
