i have the flu
and my body is extremely hot
ice cream sounds good for my throat and all,
would it be a good idea?Is it good to eat ice cream during the flu?
Any fluids you can take in with the flu is fine. However, it might give you a case of the the runs. If you can usually tolerate lactose, then go for it.
