Bailey's have a consume by date stamped on the label, i think its about a year from the date when it was bottled. As long as its kept in a cool dark place it should be ok til that date, although it tends not to last long enough to prove this to be true in my house!How long does it take for cream drinks to expire?

well me and my wife got a bottle of it.. on the back it says ';drink with in 6 monthd of opening'; so i am going to say 6 months..lol...
ours didn't last though the night ..lol
