What can i do with leftover cream ?

i have leftover cream from making cheesecake and dont want to waste it but feel too lazy to make something else. is there something quick and easy i can do with the cream?What can i do with leftover cream ?
Well, you can add it to coffee, makes for a decadent cup of joe...





Also, you can also add a little bit of fine-sugar to it and whip it into a topping for fruit. Add a little bit of bourbon or rum to that mix and serve atop some peaches or strawberries... You will LOVE it!What can i do with leftover cream ?
Creamy Chicken Salad


INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup whipping cream


1/2 cup smoked almonds


4 grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon


salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS


Whip cream to soft peaks. Chop almonds in food processor. If desired, shred chicken or chop finely.


In a large bowl combine the cream, almonds, chicken, mayonnaise, tarragon, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve





i am assuming it is whipping cream not sour cream. you can add to mashed potatoes to make creamier. i have a tasty dessert but you just made a cheesecake so you probably won't want to make it but its called Caramel Rice Dessert:

If you have a box of jello make the jello accoring to the box and add 1 packet of no flavor geletine and then put in a pan and then pour the dream over the jello and put in the frig when the jello is done the cream rises to the top it is really good looks pretty and kids love it
Whip it up with some sugar and then freeze it for later treats.





Freezing is not recommended for unwhipped cream, but once whipped, cream may be frozen.


Individual sweetened whipped cream garnishes can be satisfactorily frozen by whipping cream before freezing. Place dollops of whipped cream on baking sheet and freeze. Once solidly frozen, remove dollops and store in the freezer in freezer containers. Place frozen whipped cream on food just before serving.


Recommended freezer shelf life: Sweetened whipped cream, 1 to 2 months
