What is sweet and sour cream?

I have a nut bread recipe that is calling for ';sweet and sour cream';. What does this mean? Is this something you can purchase or does it have to be made? If it has to be made, please provide recipe.What is sweet and sour cream?

WHIPPED SWEET %26amp; SOUR CREAM





鈥?1 cup heavy cream, chilled





鈥?1 cup low-fat sour cream, chilled





鈥? 1/3 cup powdered sugar





鈥?1 teaspoon vanilla extract





鈥?1 tablespoon liqueur, such as peach schnapps or Grand Marnier (optional)





In a mixing bowl with electric mixer, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and liqueur. Continue beating on high until peaks stand up. Cover and refrigerate until serving, or overnight, if desired. Makes 4 cups.





Per tablespoon: 20 calories (90 percent from fat), 2 g fat (1 g saturated), 6 mg cholesterol, 0 protein, 1 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 4 mg sodium.
