You need to see a dermatologist who will tell you the cause of the breakouts. I had such and i was put on antibiotics, then I used an antiseptic cleanser and then used clear essence fade cream.
There's a lot of whitening cream you can use. I know a cream that is really effective in whitening scars and dark spots. I do not know if you have it in your country. It is called ';cebo de macho';.
