Can i use terconazole vaginal cream during the day?

I just picked up my prescription and the directions say to insert it at night unless instructed otherwise by your doctor but its itching so bad right now that i dont want to wait until i go to bed. It is really making me miserable. So is it really going to matter if i take it right now as opposed to 4 or 5 hours from now? Its too late to call my doctor so does anyone know?Can i use terconazole vaginal cream during the day?
technically, the cream can ';leak out'; during the day. thats why the say to use it when you're sleeping-so you are laying down and not in an upright position so it wont leak out.Can i use terconazole vaginal cream during the day?

they say to use it at night because there is les chance of leakage. if you use it during the day and are sitting/standing/walking some is going to leak out. you can use a topical arounf the outside.
